Ford’s Colony is a wonderful place to live. Currently, about 5,000 residents call Ford’s Colony home, living in nearly 2,500 homes and townhouses. By the time the community is completely established, it will number more than 7,000 residents in 3,250 homes, condominiums and townhouses.

Ford’s Colony is a gated community, designed and built along landscaped roads that meander in and around three golf courses and a landscape of ponds, wetlands and forests.

Although many Ford’s Colony residents are retired, this is not a retirement community; nearly half of residents work, either full or part time.
